  • A 50% retainer is required to secure your order and spot in my schedule – this is not refundable.
  • While every step is taken to make cake look as supplied picture, we do our best to improve on it as it is not ethical to copy exactly someone else’s design.
  • Refunds for orders will not be granted unless its for a valid reason eg. wrong cake was supplied.
  • Cake Topper Disclaimer All cake toppers are handmade and agreed upon before creation. We don’t use moulds most of the time but rather apply artistic impressions of your required topper which takes time and skill. Every effort is made to create the required topper for your cake. Due to the nature of cake toppers and the time and skills required to create beautiful toppers for your cakes, please note that no refunds will be given for toppers unless there is a valid reason.
  • Speciality cakes with toppers need to be ordered and paid for 7 working days before collection.
  • All orders that require toppers need to be ordered and paid for 10 working days before collection.
  • Cupcake/cake pops/cookie orders need to be ordered and paid for 3 days before collection.
  • last minute orders will be charged a R100 last minute fee.
